The design is more intricate and subtle than in the online photos, I love this rug. People have commented on the thickness and feel of it. There was a customs release form to fill out: it was fine but the process was a bit confusing.

I have a beautiful, custom, hand knitted rug. It is exactly the size I requested and looks great in the spot. I requested my rug be made with a thinner nap because a door must open over it. That attention to detail was done and the door moves easily above the rug. It took a little longer to receive the rug, but I would use this company again without hesitation.
