This Bakhtiari rug features a Tasviri, or pictorial design, with depictions of a man, woman, and mounted man on a beige field. The figures are depicted in straight lines, giving a unique geometric quality to the scene. The rug is finished with dark green edges, which contrast nicely with the lighter field. It measures 272 by 159 centimeters and was made in 1910.
