– Within Europe: return costs are at our expense. Please note that shipping costs related to the purchase won’t be refunded (95.00 euro). – Outside Europe: shipping costs / return customs duties are at our expense, the shipping costs of the first shipment will not be refunded from the total due to the customer. Please note: Returns are not possible on any Custom or Bespoke items you have ordered as these are specially commissioned items, tailor-made to your specifications. Initial delivery fee is non-refundable. Before returning an item, please contact us. We will then arrange for FedEx to collect the item/s from you. Returns can be collected from the delivery initial address. It is recommended that you keep the original packaging in order to make returns easier. If you no longer have the original packaging we can suggest alternatives. For security reasons we can only make refunds to the original payment method you used to place your order. Once the item has been returned to us, verify its perfect condition. It typically takes between 5-7 working days for the return to be processed and the money to show in your account. Once we have received the returned item(s) and checked that these meet all the requirements, you will be advised by email that the returned item(s) have been accepted. The refund process will then start using the same form of payment you used (credit/debit card, bank transfer).
