The unique feature of this style, which is reflected in the name Afshan, meaning scattered in Persian. The dominant theme is a scatter of flowers, mostly roses, which in Persian cultural tradition symbolize beautiful but fleeting life. The tapestry is from Gharacheh or Heris, it measures 376*290 cm and it was made in 1910.
