The Lachak-toranj rug is a stunning example of traditional rug weaving, with an exquisite Corner-Medallion design. The rug’s central medallion is a stunning black with a red center, surrounded by a beige field. The rug also has four little red components that seem like tree branches emerging from the medallion, which adds a distinctive touch to the design. Small blue components adorn the corners, and the borders are completed in red and beige. This pattern is from the town of Heris, and it is a medium-large size rug that is 483 *390 cm and was made in 1875.
