The rug’s overall pattern consists of recurring plant parts in beige, blue, and black on a mostly red backdrop. The pattern is called as Tekrari, and it is an Endless Repeat design from the Azarbaijan area. The rug is 432 cm by 195 cm in size and is thought to date from the 18th century.
