The displayed rug is a large piece, with an overall dark olive color. The design features floral motifs, with the pattern possibly depicting a variety of flowers. The design is known as Afshan and it’s origin is Tabriz, it is believed to have been woven in last quarter of 19th century. The rug measures 653 cm in length and 434 cm in width.
