The rug has a Talfighi (mingle corner-medallion) design, originating from Tabriz. It measures 663 cm by 376 cm and was made in the first quarter of the 20th century. The main feature of the rug is a blue medallion surrounded by red with orange corners, and has yellow, red and orange borders.
