Rug Isfahan-Isfahan-21

It is a Toranji rug, also known as a medallion design-polonaise, which likely originated from Isfahan or Kashan. The rug has a white medallion, with some red elements present, some of which resemble masks and faces. Over time, the colors of the rug have faded, but the medallion and the red elements are still visible. The rug measures 158 cm in length and 277 cm in width, and is estimated to be from the 17th century.
