Rug Lalibela
This collection, consisting of a restoration from vintage designs of historic Art Deco rugs, emerged from a collaboration for a private design project. Using Art Deco elements to evoke a sense of a lost era, the rugs are made of wool and silk. Photographs of the fabric print were used as a basis to create an Art Deco rug for the Archive collection. Antique furniture complemented the details of the rug designs.
Art deco rugs have become our pride. The rug recipe has enriched our design bank with interesting solutions in rug design. Wool and silk always create a masterpiece effect, especially when we do deep shades combined with patterns, borders and accent details in the rug design.
